Farai is the founding and senior partner of the firm. He plays a pivotal role in steering the firm’s financial performance and business development which facilitates the firm’s global reach. With a profound understanding of international and local markets, Farai has an innate ability to navigate complex operations and adeptly craft practical and effective legal business solutions. He has a solid track record in banking and financial transaction law, M&A and general commercial advisory.

Farai is also acclaimed for his expertise in Project Finance, Infrastructure, Mining, Taxation and Energy law. He has a wealth of experience in advising on a wide range of transactions particularly relating to financing structures, infrastructure projects, inward investments, structuring and securitisation and has a keen interest in legal aspects of ESG reporting.

Farai sits on several boards in the country and is a member of many leading international legal networks.
