Evans specialises in corporate and commercial litigation and dispute resolution. A distinguished attorney since 2008, he has advised and acted in litigation and arbitration proceedings representing clients in all courts and tribunals in the country on a wide range of matters where he has assisted clients on complex contractual and trade disputes, delictual claims, shareholder and corporate issues, mining disputes, construction disputes, tax litigation, employment and social security matters, property and administrative justice issues.

Evans’ expertise also extends to enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, business rescue and liquidations, insolvency law, intellectual property law, media law, constitutional and human rights law, a budding practice in ESG advisory, international law, white collar crimes and as well real estate practice.
