Beatrice Moyo

Beatrice has expertise in M&A, securities and corporate law as well as banking and finance law. She has structured and successfully negotiated a wide range of multifaceted finance transactions. She has also advised several clients in capital raising and has acted as a legal advisor for various local and international clients, with her duties including but not limited to, the conducting of legal due diligence for domestic and foreign investments, the drafting and review of the contracts as well as legal advisory on various corporate issues and corporate governance matters.

Her other areas of competence include family law, estate planning, insurance law, competition law, corporate rescue and insolvency law, debt collection and management, corporate finance, corporate formation, governance and corporate operations. Her clients range from financial institutions, capital markets participants, listed companies, major borrowers, Small- Medium Enterprises and individuals.

She sits as a non-executive director on several boards in Zimbabwe. Beatrice further has an interest in Intellectual Property Law. She is an agent qualified to file locally and internationally in the Zimbabwe Industrial Property Office (ZIPO), and regionally in the African Regional Intellectual Property Organisation (ARIPO).
